I adore Ordinator, both it in and of itself and how it just.works with a ton of other mods.Īnd new Frostfall PLEEEEEEEASE. Just hit all my sensitive spots at once why don't you, friggin' gnewna. Ordinator can be added to an existing game and is compatible with nearly everything, it's a really cool, fairly new (so there are still some kinks to iron out) perk mod, I'm playing with it and like it a lot. If you want to do a clean install, uninstall through steam go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common. PerMa and Requiem definitely must be added to a brand new game. Start the game ignore the warning, save(make a clean save) then reinstall the mods. HOW DO YOU INSTALL SKYRIM MODS ON INDIVIDUAL SAVES MOD
Best thing is to make a safe backup of your saves before you install the mod (you may want to use a utility or the console to make a named save, or just move the backup into a folder alongside a text file saying what you just added.) That way, if it's disastrous, you can uninstall and reload back to your backed up saves. In general, for the ideal, most stable game, you would not add new mods once you have the game set up how you like, but so long as you are very careful about compatibility, correct installation, load order and not uninstalling mods and playing on with saves that depend on them, it's usually fairly safe to install new mods (that don't specify they require a new game) partway through a playthrough. The new Frostfall is due out in around two weeks, hopefully, I'm impatient so I started my new game with just campfire and will add Frostfall 3.0 when it releases, I hope. This is because Chesko (who made both) is rebuilding Frostfall with Campfire as its base, campfire does many of the same things as Frostfall (all the, well, camping, fire lighting, and related crafting).
